The Eagles

   The Eagles formed the band in 1971.  The original members were Glenn Frey, Don Henley, Bernie Leadon & Randy Meisner.  Bernie was replaced by Joe Walsh win 1975.  Randy was replaced by Timothy B. Schmit in 1977.    The current members are Glenn Frey Don Henley, Joe Walsh & my favorite Timothy B. Schmit.  They have 5 number one singles, 6 Grammy Awards, 5 American Music Awards, 6 number one albums.  They sold 150 million records.  The band broke up in 1979, but reunited in 1994 when they released their  live album “Hell Freezes Over”.  In February 2013 the Eagles released a documentary called ” History of the Eagles.  They went on tour named “History of the Eagles & it continued until 2015.  I went to the concert & they were AWESOME!  On December 29th the Eagles were honored at the Kennedy Center.
